What are Vacuum Wrappers?

A vacuum wrapper is a machine that eliminates the air from the hollow spaces in the packaging. A vacuum-wrapped product lasts 3 to 5 times longer than a product in packaging that has not been vacuum-wrapped.

In an industrial vacuum wrapper, also known as an automated sealer, a date printer (date-printing sealer) prints the product’s manufacturing and best-before date after the wrapping process.
